Hi, I'm Lindsay Donovan! I am thrilled to be teaching second grade at PCK! This will be my ninth year teaching. I spent eight years in first grade and am ready to learn something new. I strongly believe that every child has something to contribute to our community and love celebrating our differences! I want every child in my classroom to feel loved, respected, and happy. This year I am going to put a special focus on social/emotional skills and some "calm down" techniques when we have big emotions.

A little bit about me...
A little bit about me...
I was born and raised in South Jersey (about 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia...Go Eagles!!) and drove out here in July of 2015. I am in love with the Rocky Mountains and enjoy any activity that gets me outside. On the weekend you can find me skiing, hiking, traveling, paddle boarding, camping, or cooking. I am always up for a new adventure! I have two wonderful parents that live here and an older sister, brother, and sister-in-law, who still live in NJ. I am also an aunt to my beautiful nieces, Emma and Claire.

I graduated from Widener University in May 2014 with a B.A. in Elementary and Special Education. After graduating, I taught preschool for a year before moving out here, where I substituted throughout the district. I had a long-term substitute assignment at PCK and fell in love with the community here! An important part of our community is you, our parents. I look forward to getting to know your child and expanding their love of learning with you as my partner.
